About the Role
This is a dynamic and challenging position as a Duty Manager, where you will wear multiple hats, including staff management, customer service, and operational oversight. As a key member of our Leisure (Operations) team, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a large team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Represent the company and promote our services to customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive membership growth and revenue.
- Prepare reports and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and decision-making.
- Provide first aid support and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management capacity within a leisure facility.
- Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
