As a Duty Manager at Places Leisure, you will play a key role in delivering our mission. You will be responsible for managing a large team, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of the centre, and providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and developing a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ensuring the centre is run efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards
  • Driving up memberships and revenue growth
  • Preparing reports and attending meetings to ensure the centre is performing well
  • Representing Places Leisure and promoting our brand

We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team. You will need to be able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
