Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the daily activities of our recycling and waste management sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the daily operations of the site, including operating mobile plant and achieving high recycling and recovery rates.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience working in a team environment.
  • A Level 4 treatment and transfer COTC, NEBOSH/IOSH H & S qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with administrative systems.
  • Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of success.

In return, we offer a competitive salary, plus car allowance, bonus, holidays, and pension.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with the sites open 7 days a week. The successful candidate will work closely with the weekend team to ensure adequate supervisory awareness of site activities.
