Employability Tutor at HMP Five Wells

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Employability Tutor to join our team at HMP Five Wells. As an Employability Tutor, you will play a vital role in improving the employability of prisoners by delivering high-quality employability lessons to groups of up to 15 learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver employability lessons to prisoners, focusing on improving their knowledge and skills to enhance their employability on release.
- Contextualize delivery within classrooms and workshops to cater to the diverse needs of learners.
- Work collaboratively with the education team to ensure seamless delivery of the curriculum.
- Provide individualized support to learners to help them achieve their goals.
Requirements:
- Full teaching qualification and experience teaching employability courses.
- Commitment to gain an assessor award within one year.
- Hold at least a Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of learners.
