Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver maths lessons to groups of up to 15 learners, working alongside the Functional Skills Team.
  • Develop and implement engaging maths lessons that cater to individual learners' needs.
  • Assess and provide feedback to learners, helping them to progress and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
  • A full teaching qualification and experience teaching maths courses.
  • Commitment to gaining an assessor award within one year.
  • Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to commit to gaining the qualification within one year.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with a range of learners.
