Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the individual needs of learners
  • Work collaboratively with our team of dedicated professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality education programs
  • Provide guidance and support to learners to help them secure future employment opportunities post-release
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with learners, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of education programs that meet the needs of learners

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in the relevant vocational area
  • Willingness to gain PTLLS within 6 months
  • Commitment to gain a subject-specific qualification to allow you to train to Level 3 within 2 years
  • Commitment to gain an assessor award required by relevant Awarding Bodies within one year
  • Hold at least a Level 1 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy (GCSE) or be willing to commit to gaining the qualification(s) within 1 year
  • Gain, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check
