We're seeking a seasoned Senior Data Analyst to join our team in South-East London. As a key member of our data-driven organization, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of membership experiences.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst, you'll be responsible for harnessing complex data to build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools that optimize the membership experience. You'll work closely with multiple teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and refine data models in BigQuery tailored to business insights and operational efficiency.
  • Develop, manage, and upgrade dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring they provide precise and actionable insights.
  • Analyse extensive datasets to detect trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance member experiences.
  • Uphold stringent data quality and governance standards to ensure reliable and accurate data outputs.
  • Act as a business intelligence evangelist, aiding stakeholders in understanding and leveraging analytics to enhance membership value.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable expertise in data visualisation and analysis with a strong focus on Looker Studio and BigQuery.
  • Proficient in SQL with a solid background in database management.
  • Minimum of 2 years in a data analytics role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a dynamic workplace.
  • Enthusiasm for a creative and less conventional corporate culture.
