About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Ripple. As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our membership experiences by harnessing complex data to build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Modeling: Design and refine data models in BigQuery tailored to business insights and operational efficiency.
  • Dashboard Development: Develop, manage, and upgrade dashboards in Looker Studio, ensuring they provide precise and actionable insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multiple teams to define technical requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
  • Analysis: Analyse extensive datasets to detect trends and insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance member experiences.
  • Data Governance: Uphold stringent data quality and governance standards to ensure reliable and accurate data outputs.
  • Business Intelligence: Act as a business intelligence evangelist, aiding stakeholders in understanding and leveraging analytics to enhance membership value.
Requirements
  • Expertise: Demonstrable expertise in data visualisation and analysis with a strong focus on Looker Studio and BigQuery.
  • SQL Skills: Proficient in SQL with a solid background in database management.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a data analytics role, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a dynamic workplace.
