About the Role

WeDo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Dynamics 365 Business Systems Analyst to join our team in a global implementation project across 5-7 countries. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE and its sales, customer service, and field service modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the project team on Dynamics 365 CE implementation
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales, customer service, and field service modules of Dynamics 365 CE
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions
  • Ensure seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other Microsoft ecosystem tools
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and team members
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE and its sales, customer service, and field service modules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
