- Oversee the development and maintenance of administrative systems, including record/information systems, databases, and other software applications.
- Ensure the accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including data analysis, reporting, and correspondence.
- Communication and Liaison
- Provide excellent communication and liaison skills, ensuring effective relationships with staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders.
- Represent the academy in a professional and welcoming manner, ensuring a positive image and reputation.
- Financial Management
- Oversee and implement financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial management.

Requirements
- Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification or experience in a relevant discipline.
- Several years' experience working in an office environment at senior level.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
- Experience of working with databases and other software applications.
- Full working knowledge of relevant policies, codes of practice, and legislation.
- Skills and Abilities
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High levels of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
