About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director for Growth to lead our product organization and drive our evolution towards a self-serve experience. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our design, data, and engineering teams to develop and implement product-led growth strategies that drive meaningful commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a strategic team to drive product-led growth and develop best-in-class tooling for internal and external users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences to inform product development.
  • Work closely with data science and engineering teams to develop and implement data-driven product decisions.
  • Communicate product strategies and vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 12+ years of professional experience, with 4+ years of formal people management experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, go-to-market propositions, product design, and product planning and development.
  • Evidence of exponential growth of a fintech or B2B SaaS product.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Close attention to detail, ability to structure complex problems, and inform decisions with data and first-principle insights.
  • Drive, grit, and persistence to take ownership and move ideas to reality in short periods.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
