Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Department. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and meeting sales targets within our workspace solutions.
This is a contract role for a 12-month term, and you will be based on-site in Manchester with occasional travel to Leeds required.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed sales targets and occupancy levels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure renewal and upsell opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking
- Work closely with industry agents and brokers to maximize brand exposure and reach
- Conduct market research to identify potential target industries and clients
- Attend industry events and conferences to establish our brand and network with potential clients
- Provide sales forecasts and analysis to senior management
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance across all sales functions
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced sales environment with a strong background in sales, marketing, and negotiation
- Excellent written, verbal, and face-to-face communication skills
- Ability to manage priorities, plan workload, and meet deadlines
- Advanced use of Excel for reporting and tracking, as well as proficiency in CRM software
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a genuine drive to succeed
- Ability to work in a pressurized environment and manage challenges
- Ability to identify challenges and plan to overcome
- Ability to meet deadlines within a timescale
