We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Jewellery Product Development Lead to join our dynamic Product Development – Jewellery Team on a Full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities Production Development:
  • Develop and maintain the seasonal collection timeline and critical path.
  • Ensure timely delivery of collections and special projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with teams in London, Thailand, Operations, and Commercial departments.
  • Conduct thorough research for materials and components.
  • Manage copyright and intellectual property for jewellery collections.
  • Handle orders for Sales samples (SMS) and Pre-production samples (PPS).
  • Report UK/European development progress to the Head of Collections (Jewellery).
  • Maintain inventory of London stock and manage data collection.
PLM & JOOR:
  • Input and oversee information for collections on PLM.
  • Set and manage seasonal timelines for PLM and Joor.
  • Troubleshoot PLM and Joor issues, providing training and support.
  • Write compelling collection descriptions and maintain photography guidelines.
E-Commerce & Digital Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce team on website and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Review and proofread website content and digital marketing posts for accuracy and clarity.
Sustainability:
  • Gather and report on seasonal sustainability targets.
  • Act as the central coordinator for sustainability information.
  • Develop product passports for jewellery ranges.
  • Attend sustainability meetings and update the team on findings.
  • Research ethical and sustainable materials.
Invoicing & Accounting:
  • Generate and process purchase orders accurately.
  • Follow up on credit notes and update development cost summaries.
  • Provide comprehensive monthly and weekly expenditure reports.
