Job Title: Account Manager/Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled Account Manager/Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a high close rate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to contract signing
  • Track and report on sales metrics and activities, providing regular updates to the management team
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure client needs are met and exceeded
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related profession/field or currently enrolled in an accredited four-year college or university
  • ~4+ years relevant professional experience in account management or partner management experience, fintech experience preferred
  • Proven track record of selling software / SaaS/web services into large Enterprise accounts
  • Ability to successfully manage numerous projects and partnerships simultaneously while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • Ability to engage with all internal and external stakeholders on matters of strategy and support
  • Proven relationship management, time management, strategic thinking, data interpretation, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Oracle

Compensation is composed of base salary and commission. We also hire full-time onsite AE in New York.
