Job Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at Advanced Resource Managers Limited, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the renewable energy sector. This role requires a strong understanding of the energy industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new business revenue and expand our customer base in the renewable energy sector.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow our market share.
  • Collaborate with our internal Sales and Operations Team to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners in the energy sector.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in conjunction with our leading manufacturers.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Strong technical skills in electronics or power engineering, or a willingness to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong work ethic and good planning and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering revenue and margin targets.
