Job Description

Purpose of the Role

To identify and capitalize on business opportunities, expansion of the customer base, relationship management, and driving of revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execution of market research and analysis to support the identification of potential new opportunities, market trends, and customer needs, to develop strategies for business growth.

Job Requirements

The prime objective is working with the Directors to drive business development activity through deal origination, winning quality new business to achieve business development target. You will be a focal point for business development activity within a geographic hub both internally and external to the Bank. You will maintain expert knowledge of local market through key introducer networks; and understanding needs and requirements of local business community.
