Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our retail team in Glasgow. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve operational excellence and improve store profitability
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive sales growth and improve market share
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the store remains competitive

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail management, business development, or a related field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software
