Your New Role

R3vamp Limited, a leading organisation in warranty and mechanical breakdown across Europe, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in driving growth in their business portfolio. Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, the ideal candidate will leverage their creativity and deep understanding of the sales process to devise and implement innovative strategies for business expansion.

Main Responsibilities

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining successful relationships with various independent groups
  • Driving growth in the business portfolio to achieve targets
  • Delivering on all contractual KPI's
  • Developing and maintaining successful relationships
  • Being a proactive member of the team

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in previous account management roles, demonstrating exceptional communication and telephone skills. A high level of proficiency in using IT systems and CRM tools is essential, along with strong customer service and negotiation abilities. Additionally, the candidate should possess well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills. While experience in the automotive sector is highly desirable, it is not mandatory.
