Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Reading, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the UK office and associated contracts, supporting the sales team with general enquiries and customer service, and assisting the executive team with travel scheduling and administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales operation to ensure excellent customer experience and generate revenue
- Manage the office contract and general office duties
- Manage vendor and customer meetings for the sales team
- Support the VP and GM with general tasks
- Work with customers and sales to submit accurate internal forecasts
- Follow up with internal departments and individuals
- Deal with complex enquiries
- Help achieve sales targets and growth
- Provide strategic reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or business administration preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales/admin-related role
- Attention to detail and high-quality work
- Can-do attitude and self-motivation
- Initiative and skills in developing, growing, and converting business leads and opportunities
- Strong team player
- Prior experience selling technology into corporate accounts
- Excellent time management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks
- Professionalism and passion for creativity
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Additional languages highly desirable: Mandarin
