About the Role

Solutions4Health is a pioneering organization dedicated to delivering exceptional integrated services within the community. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at our Reading Head Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with minimal supervision to support a wide range of administrative tasks, including data analysis, report writing, and information gathering.
  • Provide vital support to our dedicated Stop Smoking Advisers, ensuring the smooth operation of our community stop smoking services.
  • Coordinate appointments, manage data, and maintain accurate records.
  • Respond to phone calls and messages, and triage referrals to book appointments with advisers.
  • Ensure the service's database systems are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist with organizing internal and external conferences and training days, including registration and resource preparation.
