Position: Relief Support Worker

Location: Grangemouth Care Home

Hourly Rate: £12.00

Grangemouth Care Home is dedicated to providing exceptional long-term care for individuals with learning disabilities. Our facility, which accommodates eight residents across two floors, is situated in a tranquil rural setting.

We pride ourselves on delivering a high standard of support, empowering individuals to develop and sustain their personal skills. Our team encourages residents to engage with their community, fostering social connections and enhancing their capabilities both at home and beyond.

Our skilled and experienced staff are equipped to address the evolving health needs of our residents as they age.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide compassionate support to vulnerable individuals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents to deliver personalized care.
  • Support individuals during activities, offering constructive feedback and encouragement.

Understanding the Role of a Relief Support Worker:

As a Relief Support Worker, you will undertake the same responsibilities as our regular Support Workers. This role offers the flexibility to select shifts that align with your schedule.

Important Note: Relief work is offered on an as-needed basis to cover for absences and other staffing requirements. Regular hours cannot be guaranteed as the need for relief staff fluctuates.
