Position Overview:We are in search of a seasoned and proactive professional to take on the role of Head of Consulting. In this crucial position, you will spearhead our consulting division, providing exceptional strategic guidance and solutions to our clientele.
Your collaboration with senior leadership, our global analyst team, and business development units will be vital in driving significant projects and fostering organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the consulting division, establishing clear objectives and ensuring achievement of targets.
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance our consulting offerings and broaden our market footprint.
- Work with the marketing team to refine and maintain relevant materials and proposal templates.
- Actively pursue consulting opportunities and requests for proposals through established industry networks.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients, gaining insights into their needs to initiate tailored projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison for major consulting clients, ensuring their satisfaction and cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects, guaranteeing high-quality results and compliance with timelines.
- Collaborate with the global team to utilize expertise, allocate resources, and deliver integrated solutions.
- Assist in the execution of consulting projects where feasible and appropriate.
- Provide regular reporting and feedback to company directors and the broader team as necessary.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for advanced degrees in relevant disciplines.
- Over 10 years of experience in senior consulting positions, demonstrating effective team management capabilities.
- Proven ability to create and implement innovative consulting strategies.
- Exceptional skills in establishing and maintaining high-profile client relationships.
- Experience or a strong understanding of the critical materials and energy transition sectors.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to the company founder.
