About the Role

Cygnet Health Care is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in a clinical leadership role within our Secure Mental Health Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating occupational dysfunction in our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat occupational dysfunction in service users
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Provide clinical and managerial supervision to activity coordinators and other team members
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services across the organization
Requirements
  • Experience working in secure mental health services
  • Strong clinical and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
