As a key member of the UK & Ireland Transportation leadership team, you will represent AtkinsRéalis at both national and global levels, building and maintaining 'C' Suite client relationships and senior networks in the public and private sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategy to drive revenue and margin growth from the current foundation of £200m+ revenue p.a.
- Drive great client outcomes and cross-selling within the Market.
- Lead the Rail and Transit market while collaborating with the Ireland business to grow our successful portfolio.
- Ensure Profit and Loss accountability and deliver annual targets.
Requirements:
- Recognised profile in the UK infrastructure market with deep understanding of Rail and Mass Transit sectors.
- High performance and pride in delivering great work.
- Commercial savvy, delivery focus, and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Drive, curiosity, kindness, and a supportive approach to nurturing talent.
- Proven track record in driving health and safety culture and performance.
- High mobility and willingness to travel across the UK.
