Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Lead Controller to join our team at the Culina Group. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Service management team by providing seamless shift, holiday and short notice cover as required.
  • Assist in the training and development of new and existing staff on all Customer Service procedures relevant to the CS department.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in regular reviews of customer service procedures and processes to ensure that they are current and reflect best practice.

Requirements

  • GCSE grade 'C' or above in Maths and English.
  • Equivalent of 5 GCSE grade 'C' or above.
  • Good level of numeracy and literacy together with a 'can do' attitude.
  • High level of flexibility, commitment and motivation.
  • Able to use own initiative and capable of operating with limited supervision within fixed guidelines.
  • Team orientated.
