Job Description

Wilsons Auctions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Land and Property Manager to join our team in Belfast. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our property portfolio, ensuring accurate valuations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuation and Market Analysis: Conduct thorough valuations of properties based on type, condition, and location.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Effectively market properties online to maximize coverage and attract potential buyers.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Communicate with enquirers and database users, providing timely updates and support.
  • Vendor and Property Management: Ensure accurate and timely completion of vendor and property instructions.
  • Legal and Contractual Matters: Liaise with vendors' solicitors, understand contract law, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Sales and Completion: Assist with the sale of properties, prepare notifications of purchase, and ensure smooth completion of transactions.
  • Financial Management: Invoice vendors for entry fees and commission, and monitor invoices due with the accounts department.
Requirements:
  • Professional Qualifications: RICS certification and/or relevant property-related qualifications.
  • Experience: Proven experience in property valuation, construction, and management.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and good math skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM and property portals, as well as Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
