Key Responsibilities:
  • Valuation: Conduct thorough valuations of properties based on their type, condition, and location.
  • Marketing: Effectively market properties online to maximize coverage and attract potential buyers.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Communicate with enquirers and database users, providing support from marketing and handling enquiries while recording contact details to inform interested parties of property updates.
  • Vendor and Property Preparation: Ensure vendors and properties are adequately prepared for marketing.
  • Legal Pack Management: Liaise with vendors' solicitors, understand the structure and order of legal packs, and ensure their distribution to interested parties.
  • Contract Law Understanding: Possess a solid understanding of contract law.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the sale of properties.
  • Exchange and Completion: Prepare notifications of purchase and statements for the balance of deposits.
  • Fees and Invoicing: Invoice vendors for entry fees and/or commission.
  • Completions and Key Release: Monitor invoices due with the accounts department.
Requirements:
  • Accurate Valuation: Provide accurate valuations of properties (RICS Certification).
  • Property Experience: Possess property and construction experience.
  • Building and Construction Knowledge: Have knowledge of building and construction.
  • Professional Skills: Demonstrate integrity, empathy, confidence, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Professionalism: Exhibit honesty, punctuality, and high levels of professionalism.
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Judgement and Ability: Demonstrate sound judgement and ability.
  • Maths and Analytical Thinking: Possess good maths and analytical thinking skills.
  • CRM and Property Portals: Have experience with CRM and property portals on digital platforms.
  • Software Skills: Be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and Acrobat.
