The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and be proficient in Excel. You will be responsible for monitoring the legal process with our solicitors and keeping up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
- Market Analysis: Assist in sourcing and assessing information to establish the open market value of properties.
- Legal Coordination: Coordinate with our legal team throughout the property acquisition process.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with surveyors, agents, and finance providers to streamline property acquisitions.
- Sales & Lettings Communication: Communicate effectively with agents in the sales and letting process.
- Certification Management: Keep up to date with certification requirements for our rental portfolio.
