We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Performance Manager to join our team at Montu UK. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for devising and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive business growth and improve patient advocacy.
- Analyse campaign performance in detail to generate actionable insights and inform future marketing decisions.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
- Work closely with the UX, marketing, and product development teams to refine and optimize the sales funnel and patient advocacy.
- Forecast demand generation and creative fatigue in a multichannel environment, including ATL and OOH.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms and the ability to interpret and optimize performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate usable insights and inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
