Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant. As a key member of our branch team, you'll be responsible for providing outstanding service to our customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their financial needs and provide expert advice on our range of products and services.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in branch and over the phone, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs and preferences, ensuring they receive the best possible service.
  • Use internal systems to maintain accurate customer records and identify vulnerable customers who require additional support.
  • Adhere to our policies, standards, and controls, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
