We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to allocate them the right advisor and ensure they receive a first-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound calls to inbound enquiries to explore their requirements
- Handle objections to resolve any queries or concerns and upsell where possible
- Allocate the right advisor against their needs
- Deliver a high customer experience while hitting targets
- Monthly bonus (average £600-£1000 a month)
- 24 days holiday (increasing on length of service) + day off for birthday + 8 bank holiday
- Hybrid working - Monday & Fridays work from home
