We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team at Stepahead Recruitment Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to allocate them the right advisor and ensure they receive a first-class customer experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be a vital team player in one of the best tech companies in Leeds. Our team has a great vibe, with a fun, friendly, and sociable atmosphere. Key Responsibilities
  • Make high-volume outbound calls to inbound enquiries to explore their requirements
  • Handle objections to resolve any queries or concerns and upsell where possible
  • Allocate the right advisor against their needs
  • Deliver a high customer experience while hitting targets

  • Monthly bonus (average £600-£1000 a month)
