Regional Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at The Progress Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads and appointments for our regional Customer Engagement team to visit care sites and demo our platform, Flourish.
About the Role
As a Telesales Executive, you will be working closely with social care providers in the Northwest, including managers of care organisations or resourcing leads who recruit colleagues for their care organisation. Your primary objective will be to successfully reach out to and engage with prospective care organisations using email and phone to generate leads and appointments.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience working in similar sales roles, successfully generating leads and new business opportunities through outbound tele-sales and outreach.
- Experience of successfully handling consultative sales using telephone and other engagement channels.
- Experience working with CRM systems and able to professionally manage data and customer records.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, team player, keen to make a difference and grow with the company.
