The RoleWe are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our program development team. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across multiple residential summer programs in various regions. Your primary focus will be the successful execution of these programs during the summer months, which may require travel to different locations.
Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet project timelines and ensure smooth operations throughout the summer. You must be adaptable and capable of resolving any last-minute changes or emergencies with composure and efficiency.
In this role, you will ensure that all external partners uphold the same high standards of service as Immerse Education. Collaboration with colleagues from other departments is essential, as is maintaining positive and professional relationships with our partner institutions and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute all operational aspects of residential courses in various regions.
- Support the overall financial success of the courses.
- Pre-arrange all cultural and social activities.
- Assist college managers during the operational phase.
- Support the pastoral team with safeguarding and student welfare inquiries.
- Ensure student satisfaction with the program exceeds expectations.
- Assist with inquiries from student services and the sales team as needed.
- Guarantee timely provision of materials necessary for effective program delivery.
- Help coordinate airport transfers.
- Support operational delivery in additional areas as assigned.
- Be available on-call throughout the summer delivery period.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an academic or operational capacity.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
