Join Our Team as a Summer Internship - Management Consultant

Become a part of our dynamic team at BAE Systems Digital Intelligence, where you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and develop your skills as a Management Consultant.

About the Role

As a Summer Internship - Management Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our clients to help them specify their requirements, develop new business processes, and guide them through the organisational and behavioural implications of digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define client strategies and develop future operating models
  • Support organisational change and guide clients through digital transformation
  • Work with clients to identify problems and define solutions
  • Implement and manage change required for clients to reach their goals
Requirements
  • On track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a science, technology, engineering, or maths (STEM) subject
  • Understanding of working with the wider business and leading end-to-end projects

Security Clearance

Only those with the permanent and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK will be considered for a position within BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates for this role will be required to go through Government SC clearance prior to starting with us.
