Summer School Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Summer School Operations Manager to join our team at Immerse Education. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our residential summer school programmes in London.
Your primary focus will be on planning and executing all operational aspects of our summer school operations, including sourcing and arranging experiences and company visits across the city. You will also be responsible for pre-booking cultural and social activities for our residential programmes, supporting the recruitment and onboarding of college managers, and ensuring timely and adequate provision of materials required for programme delivery.
As a Summer School Operations Manager, you will work closely with our pastoral team to ensure the satisfaction of our students with the activities programme exceeds high expectations. You will also be responsible for assisting with enquiries from student services and the sales team, and supporting operational delivery in other areas as required.
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a background in the education industry, preferably with prior experience in operations. You should have excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills, as well as a good knowledge of London and hands-on experience with Google Suite.
