We are seeking an experienced Summer School Operations Manager to join our team at Immerse Education. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our residential summer school programmes in London.
Your primary focus will be on planning and executing all operational aspects of our summer school operations, ensuring that programmes run smoothly and efficiently. This will involve sourcing and arranging experiences and company visits across the city, pre-booking cultural and social activities, and supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and training of college managers.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that students' satisfaction with the activities programme exceeds high expectations, and for assisting with enquiries from student services and the sales team. Additionally, you will need to be able to find solutions for any last-minute changes and/or emergency situations in a calm and efficient manner.
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a background in the education industry, preferably with prior experience in operations. You should have excellent analytical, organisational, and time-management skills, as well as a good knowledge of London and hands-on experience with Google Suite.
As part of your role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues from other Immerse departments and be responsible for maintaining positive and professional relationships with our host colleges and suppliers. You will also be the liaison person for companies in and around London, from initial outreach through to delivery.
We offer a competitive salary, 33 days of annual leave, and a range of benefits, including life insurance, dental insurance, and the option to work remotely overseas for up to one month of the year.
