We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at IRIS-Networx Services. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll runs, resolving customer queries, and ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our outsourced payroll service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process payroll runs for a range of customers, from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Customer Support: Resolve customer queries related to payroll and pensions, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Correspondence: Deal with correspondence from HMRC and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- New Starters and Leavers: Process new starters and leavers, including P11ds, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- System Administration: Upload new customers onto our payroll software and ensure system maintenance and updates are completed.
- Brand Representation: Promote the IRIS-Networx Services brand in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Payroll Experience: End-to-end payroll experience is essential for this role.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Technical Skills: Good Excel skills are beneficial for this role.
