Brokerage Officer needed with the London Borough of Hounslow

**Start** **Date**:

- ASAP
**Location** - Hounslow
**Duration** - 1 year
**Hours** **per** **week** - 36 hours per week
**Salary** - £25 ltd an hour

**Description**:

- In the first 4-6 weeks you will be working in Hounslow, after this working from home apart from attendance at monthly meetings
- To commission packages of care and care home placements on behalf of the team
- Commission care using the team policy and procedure
- Support the priorities of Hospital Discharge ensuring safe provision of care to older persons and people with physical disabilities
- Manage performance enquiries, specifically, client invoice queries, provider finance queries, Freedom of Information request and complaints relevant to the team

**What is required?**
- Experience of working in health or social care
- Experience of dealing with external suppliers
- Knowledge of working in an office environment to tight deadlines
