Job Overview

As part of our ongoing growth and development, we are seeking exceptional, motivated, and proven Sales Associates to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers with a genuine and friendly demeanor, ensuring they know you are available to assist.

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service.
  • Educate customers about Flannels, the brands we carry, and the products available.
  • Suggest alternatives and additional items when appropriate.
  • Ensure the store is well-maintained and ready for the next trading day.
  • Adhere to all Flannels policies and procedures consistently.
