Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritizing customers over tasks and ensuring a great shopping experience.
  • Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, and actively promote add-ons by engaging effectively with customers.
  • Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store, maintaining the stockroom areas.
  • Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.

Shift Patterns

As a Sales Assistant, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 3 days on a 12-hour contract. You may be required to work flexible hours, including outside of normal trading hours, especially during peak periods. We support the 'Keep Sundays Special' campaign, recognizing the importance of family time, and you will have a guaranteed day off on Sundays.
