Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our EG Group team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays
  • Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
