The Entertainer is a leading toy retailer with a passion for creating memories for children and families. Our teams are dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience, and we're looking for a Sales Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, prioritizing customers over tasks and ensuring a great shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately, securely, and efficiently through the till points, and actively promote add-ons by engaging effectively with customers.
- Responsibly and safely handle and accept deliveries to store, maintaining the stockroom areas.
- Maintain merchandising of toys to company standards.
Shift Patterns
As a Sales Assistant, you will typically work 4-hour shifts over 3 days on a 12-hour contract. You may be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to support the store's trading hours. However, you will have a guaranteed day off on Sundays to spend with your family and friends.
