Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate with the hospitality team to ensure seamless service delivery, including room service, food and beverage, and other guest requests.
- Develop and maintain relationships with guests, responding to their needs and preferences, and ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement new initiatives and strategies to improve guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, hospitality, and front desk operations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Proven experience in a front desk or reception role, with a strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality software and systems, including property management systems and customer relationship management tools.
