We are seeking a skilled People Advisor to provide expert guidance and support across the entire human resources and employee relations spectrum. Reporting into the People Manager, you will partner with various business units to deliver HR excellence, with an initial focus on resourcing within the UK and overseas.

As a key member of the People Team, you will play a crucial role in guiding employees through their entire lifecycle, leveraging your interests and experience to lead company-wide initiatives and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take the initiative to improve and streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance, fairness, and a positive HR brand.
  • General people processing administration, including operational tasks.
Advocate
  • Maintain close relationships with departments and employees, providing HR best practice support and guidance.
  • Build awareness of the company vision and goals throughout all employee lifecycle decisions.
  • Support employee career development and succession planning.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a People Administrator or People Advisor with responsibility for HR processes.
  • A strong people-focused approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships and advocate for HR best practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with integrity.
  • Experience managing a varied caseload of ER and applying employment law to complex situations.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems, such as Factorial and Workable.
