Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our team at EG Group. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers and internal team enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and in-person
  • Liaise with and provide support to the shop, transport, and bakery teams
  • Respond to external customer and retail team enquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ownership of external customer queries, feedback, and complaints, escalating when necessary
  • Provide accurate and timely information to the retail team, ensuring the appropriate level of detail and insight
Requirements:
  • Strong customer-facing telephone and call handling skills
  • Confident working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, with the ability to work around changing business needs
