About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advisor in Scarborough. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Advise customers on shoe care and accessories to complement their needs, achieving daily sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain a friendly, engaging, and positive store environment
  • Support the maintenance of store standards, product placements, and stockroom
