About the Role

You will lead and oversee multiple 'full stack' product teams comprising product, engineering, data science, UX, and enablement resources, all focused on delivering a compelling and market-leading product aligned with business goals and customer demands.

You will need strong leadership and people management skills to help transform disparate teams into a highly functioning and unified product development organization with a clear vision and strategy.

You will own a significant Opex and Capex budget, and will play a key role in defining the appropriate commercial models for products under your charge, and ensuring commercial accountability in the way that we develop products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with our commercial team to develop commercial models for your product area, and balance revenue generation and cost management to ensure sustainable growth and financial success.
  • Progressive experience in senior leadership roles, using data and technology to develop products that enable true competitive advantage and growth.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, able to identify the appropriate courses of action and see the longer-term, bigger picture.
  • Experience leading teams of data and technical specialists to deliver ambitious and multifaceted product roadmaps.

Requirements

Strong leadership and people management skills to transform disparate teams into a highly functioning and unified product development organization.

Ability to define commercial models for products and ensure commercial accountability in product development.

Progressive experience in senior leadership roles, using data and technology to develop products that enable true competitive advantage and growth.
