Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Refrigeration Administrator to join our team at PDA Search and Selection Ltd. As a key member of our refrigeration management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our refrigeration division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the refrigeration division, including maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Management: Assist with the allocation of Asda project orders, maintaining relevant information on asset works such as AMPS, S3 Pre-Development, etc.
  • Purchase and Hire Orders: Raise, monitor, and record all purchase and hire orders related to departmental projects, and investigate invoice queries as required.
  • Equipment Management: Maintain the equipment hire log to monitor hire status and ensure costs are controlled, liaise with equipment suppliers, and notify project managers of delivery issues.
  • File Management: Create and maintain hard copy and electronic project files, including preparation of O&M and H&S files.
Requirements
  • Strong PC Literacy: Strong PC literacy, with experience using FM and telephony systems.
  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Results Focus: Strong results focus, with the ability to motivate self and others.
  • Problem-Solving: Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexible approach to working hours.
