About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our Adult Counselling team at Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in providing leadership and guidance to our team of mental health professionals, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the Adult Counselling team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality services to our patients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient outcomes and service delivery.
  • Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Provide supervision and support to team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, with a strong understanding of the principles and practices of adult counselling.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services.
  • Knowledge of current legislation and policies related to mental health services, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practice.
